It is in the middle of all the shops and offices of the area and overlooks the Obelisco. rooms- All the rooms are modern with a traditional theme. All are in good to very good condition and decor changes from room to room. 70% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being large. The bathrooms are also in very good condition. restaurant- The breakfast room is situated on the 1st floor, is furnished in wood and overlooks the Obelisco. The hotel has no restaurant but a snack bar on the ground floor which serves light snacks all through the day. exterior- Built in 1949 it is a white construction typical of the block which it forms part of. lobby- The lobby is modern in decor. It has tiled flooring, a large reception area and a medium sized seating area which looks onto the 9th July Avenue through the large glass facade. general- This is an old hotel which has been well kept and has a very high service level.
