The Avenida Apartments are situated in Benidorm's most central avenue. They are at only 100 metres from Levante Beach and the Avenida apartments are location at walking distance from the vibrant heart of Benidorm where you will find an excellent selection of quality shops, restaurants and bars.
The 4 star Avenida Hotel is located just across the street. Avenida apartments guests can enjoy all the excellent facilities the hotel offers.
Apartments:
The Avenida apartment building has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments have been recently refurbished and now include brand new furniture and utensils. All Avenida apartments have a balcony or terrace, a full en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette with 2-electric cooking rings, fridge and microwave oven; satellite TV, a direct-dial telephone. Towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly. The apartments also have air-conditioning and heating.
Facilities:
All clients of the Avenida apartments may use all facilities at the Hotel Avenida. The hotel is located across the street. The Avenida Hotel has a sunny roof terrace with great sea and town views. The facilities which can be used are a pool, sun lounges, a gymnasium and a jacuzzi. After dinner time you can enjoy live entertainment with dancing and games on selected nights.
Restaurant:
Guests can enjoy a meal in the hotels air-conditioned buffet restaurant. The Avenida Hotel also has a nice bar open day and night. Their convivial well stocked bar is a popular rendezvous to relax and enjoy an aperitif or cocktail or to meet or make new friends - especially around showtime.
