In the Residential complex LOS RISCOS will enjoy a privileged place, with apartments of two rooms and hall constructed with materials and finished first quality. Constructed in 2002. In the back part of the building it has an ample landscaped zone, with swimming pool, infantile park and sport track. In the front part of the complex we found a park public that it causes that the surroundings of the building are completely green. The distance to the beach is of about 250 meters approximately.
The apartments are type 4/6 pax and they are made up of two double rooms with embedded closets, hall with sofa bed, bathroom, cooks (equipped with vitrocéramica, washing machine, bell extractor, furnace, microwaves (OPTIONAL) and refrigerator and terrace.
