Any change or modification to an apartment reservation will be treated as a
cancellation only when the fees incurred arise from modifications made between
0 and 10 days prior to the day of arrival.
No modification fees will apply to accommodation reservations when
rooms/beds/cradles/nights are added to rooms or nights that have already been
confirmed; however, where applicable, the price of the Service may increase.
Should a modification be made to the reservation for reasons attributable to
Mayorista, Mayorista will inform the User as soon as possible, providing there
is sufficient time prior to departure. Where the Service cannot be provided due
to the said reason, Mayorista will reimburse the User for the amounts paid.
Further, Mayorista will offer the User a deal of the same or higher quality as
that of the reserved Service that could not be provided.
Should it be impossible to provide the Service due to reasons attributable to
the third-party provider, the User shall be bound by the terms of that party.
Should it be impossible to provide the Service due to events
beyond its control or to force majeure, Mayorista will not be liable for any
damage caused to the User, nor will it reimburse him or her for the amounts
paid. This notwithstanding, where possible in the opinion of Mayorista,
Mayorista may offer the User a deal of the same or higher quality as that of
the reserved Service that could not be provided.
