Please kindly note that the hotel reception closes at 2300 hrs and the clients who check in late have instructions on the door to call their sister hotel who will advise the client of the security code to enter the hotel. The keys to the entrance door and the room will automatically drop from the key box. Incase the hotel is aware that the clients are going to check in late then they advise them of the code to be typed before hand.
