Both the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition. restaurant- There is a very nice breakfast room but no restaurant in the hotel. The hotel also has a bar. exterior- The hotel is housed in an old building although the interior has been completely renovated in a very modern style. lobby- The lobby area is rather small, but pleasant and bright with attractive tiled floors. general- This is a comfortable property in excellent location. ( 0604/SS ). 30 kms to the nearest airport (nice). 2 km to the nearest station (cannes). 3 km to the nearest fair site (palais des festivals).
