location- Hotel is located close to the Guglie Bridge, 2 minutes walk from the Jewish Ghetto, and 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes by boat line 82 or 10 minutes by boat line 1 to Rialto Bridge. The palace overlooks, with its large windows, the lively and colourful Rio Tera San Leonardo. lobby- Lobby is on the first floor, it is small and there is only a reception desk for the check - in/out procedures and to support the clients in any need. The beauty is on the second floor where a large and stunning, typical Venetian XVIII century lounge opens up. The luminous lounge is furnished in a traditional style, with original Venetian marble floor, bare beams and an impressive Murano chandelier.
