location- The hotel is located in the historic city centre of Venice in a quiet Calle (street) of the District of Cannaregio. It is only a short way from Santa Lucia Railway Station in Venice and from Piazzale Roma (parking and bus terminal). The main lagoon ferry landing stages are close to the hotel. rooms- Some of the rooms have air-conditioning, all with private telephone. The rooms have wash-basin only, facilities on the floor and are shared with other guests. At this hotel there are also rooms with en suite bathrooms. restaurant- No restaurant. Breakfast is served in a comfortable Breakfast-room on the ground floor.
