location- This beachfront hotel is located at the far end of Ferringhi beach, 18kms from Georgetown - Penang s capital city - and 33kms from the airport and 45 minuates car ride away. rooms- All Family Suites are furnished with 1 super kingsize bed and 2 single twin beds and comes with a partition door for added privacy with partial view of the sea, sharing one common bathroom. restaurant- There are 7 outlets for food and beverage e.g: a coffee shop located right next to its free-form swimming pool and land-scaped garden, chinese restaurant and euro-oriental restaurant plus pool side bar and lounge. exterior- This large white atrium style hotel is set in 8 acres of lush tropical gardens. lobby- The large lobby has a high ceiling due to the atrium, the reception desk is to the right and to the back is a the coffee shop. There are some shops to the left. general- A quiet resort with good facilities with of fair beach condition and wide rangeof facilities.
**3rd Penang International Jazz Festival will be held at the Garden of the hotel from 02Dec06 to 03Dec06. In view of this event, noise and loud music could be heard from the rooms from 7pm to 1am and intermittent during the afternoons while the artists are doing sound check.
