It is a 45 minute drive to Johannesburg International airport. rooms- The rooms are large & modern in decor with light pinewood furniture. There are cream coloured walls with dark green carpets. All are in very good condition as are the green tiled bathrooms. Each room has tea/ coffee making facilities as well as satellite TV. restaurant- Situated on the ground floor the restaurant offers an extensive menu serving international cuisine. exterior- The hotel is split into blocks all of which are built to a French-colonial architectural theme. lobby- The lobby is small and carries a traditional old scheme theme with its dark wood reception area and furniture. There is a small seating area for guests to use which overlooks the pool area. general- A very good property for its standard with efficient service and a beautiful garden area. There is a medium size pool with sun loungers and whicker chairs and tables. (AHJ 11/05). 2 kms to city centre. 30 kms to the nearest airport (johannesburg). 16 km to the nearest fair site (gallagher estate).
