• One of Gandía's best known restaurants, famous for fideua, a version of seafood paella made with noodles instead of rice. Casa Emilio is just a few minutes walk from Gandía's beautiful long beach, and serves other tasty rice dishes, fish and seafood. Good quality and generous portions. Reserve before going, especially in Summer. Service can be a bit slow and the staff seem a bit hassled.
