Lagos del Cesar Hotel
The Hotel Lagos de César is situated in Playa de las Arenas in south-west Tenerife. This part of the island enjoys a wonderful climate as it is sheltered from the prevailing winds by the majestic Acantillados de Los Gigantes. Playa de las Arenas is about four kilometres from Los Gigantes and about 40 kilometres from the well-known resort of Playa de Las Americas.
Despite the proximity of the mountains, the area immediately around the hotel is quite flat. The hotel is close to local shops, bars and restaurants, and about 300 metres from the nearest beach, Playa de la Arena Negra. It is necessary to climb over a small hill between the hotel and the beach, and the beach itself is of black volcanic sand and slopes quite steeply into the sea.
