Most enjoy breathtaking views down the valley, the floor of which is sometimes atmospherically swathed in mist. restaurant- The main restaurant is just off the lobby and is decorated in typical Swiss country style with heavy beams and solid wooden furniture. exterior- The exterior of the building is fairly modern, but still retains the typical Swiss influence. lobby- The small lobby is very traditional in style with its low ceilings and wooden beams, but it does incorporate a compact lounge area and leads to the other public areas. general- This is an excellent hotel for groups, half way between Lucern and Interlaken. 12/05 RY. 2 kms to city centre. 90 kms to the airport (zurich). 200 kms to the airport (geneva). 2 km to the nearest station (giswil). 35 km to the nearest fair site (lucerne).
