location- The hotel is centrally located in the eastern part of the city within walking distance of the Pergamon museum, the Cathedral, the French Quarter, the Gendarmen Market and Check Point Charly. The rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard in various traditional styles with interior designs from different periods. restaurant- The breakfast restaurant, which is located on the first floor, is elegantly furnished with a very bright and airy atmosphere due to large windows. The hotel has several restaurants, whereby I highly recommend the home-made cake you get served in the lobby area/ cafe. exterior- This is a traditional sand-stone building. lobby- The lobby is large and is partly laid out with white marble and a red floral patterned carpet. It is dominated by a grand marble staircase. general- 0706/UL. 15 kms to the airport (berlin-tegel). 8 kms to the airport (berlin-tempelhof). 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (franzosische strasse). Close to the station (berlin-friedrichstr. 300m). 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 6 km to the nearest fair site (messegelande (icc)).
