It is close to the Rai conference centre, the World Trade Centre and is between Schiphol airport and the heart of Amsterdam. rooms- All the medium sized bedrooms are double glazed and air conditioned. They are decorated in modern style with pastel colours and wooden furniture and are in good condition. The bathrooms are of an equally good standard, but quite small. restaurant- As well as the cafe/ bar situated in the lobby area, the hotel has a large, modern restaurant on the same floor which offers an a la carte menu. exterior- The building is a modern block built in grey stone. lobby- The lobby is large incorporating comfortable sofas, a lounge area with a number of tables and chairs and an open plan cafe/ bar. general- This hotel is excellent for all type of travellers. jg05/06. 5 kms to city centre. 15 kms to the nearest airport (amsterdam). 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station (station overamstel). 2 km to the nearest station (amstel station). 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 2 km to the nearest fair site (rai).
