location- This hotel used to be a former seminar.It is located in the middle of Txorierri Valley one of the main industrial points of Vizcaya just beside the airport and a few minutes from Bilbao city by car or taxi. rooms- This hotel has 76 rooms with the latest equipment such as pillows a la carte, desk with PC connection, video conference facilities connecting all rooms. Also full bathroom with toiletries, safe deposit box, central heating, satellite TV. The rooms are tastefully decorated. restaurant- Restaurant with private lounge. Buffet breakfast. There is also a cafeteria.The restaurant is a beautiful room which decoration still keeps elements of the former room where seminarist used to have lunch. exterior- It is a superb building. It is of sandstone colour with a neat but elegant design. The main entrance to the hotel located in the centre of the building in framed by columns and carved stone on the top. There is also a coat of arms presiding the entrance. It has a similar look to a castle with numerous windows all along the facade. lobby- Lobby and reception area are medium in size, nicely decorated and functional. general- This hotel is animal friendly and has a range of conference rooms with the most modern equipment and banqueting rooms.
