location- situated in the most central and commercial area of Granada and five minutes drive from the Alhambra, the most captivating Arabian Palace in Spain. Corte Inlges department store is almost directly opposite on the other side of the road. rooms- simply decorated with white painted walls, basic wooden furniture and tiled floors. All rooms have direct dial telephone, colour television and hi low music. Air conditioning is limited to a certain number of rooms. The are some exterior rooms that look out on the main street. restaurant- located on the ground floor and serves continental breakfast and lunch and dinner in a buffet style exterior- made from brick, the facade is medium in size and decorated with cream walls. Exterior facing rooms have a white finish to their balcony doors. lobby- small in size with the reception area directly in front of you upon entering. There is a small seating area opposite with a blue sofa and glass coffe table. Floors are marbled and reception is made with a wooden finish and possesses certain style decoration from moorish times, similar to those seen at the Alhambra. general- A perfect hotel for those travelling on a relatively small budget as there all amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Services available are Car parking (payable to hotel), Rent a car, Money exchange and a gift shop. This hotel comes highly recommended due to it s location and excellent value for money DU 20/09/05. 12 kms to the airport (granada). 127 kms to the airport (malaga). 1 km to the nearest station (rents).
