The hotel Transit is a beautiful classical building in Lerida´s financial district and a mere 5 minutes from the historic centre. The building was originally created for a train station and was constructed in 1916. The old train station was transformed in a hotel which opened it doors in 1996. The Transit hotel in Lerida preserves the classical spirit of the building and has been declared Historic Heritage site of the city. In the corridors of the you will still find photographs of old locomotives and train landscapes.
