The Melia la Paz Aparthotel opened in August 1996 and has excellent views of the Teide and Orotava Valley. In the La Paz residential area, 2 mins from the magnificent botanical gardens, 96 kms from Reina Sofía airport and 25 kms from Los Rodeos airport. It is 10 minutes from the city centre and the Lago Martianez pool complex, 35 kms from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife and two minutes from the nearest supermarket. The hotel has 100 apartments; 60 of which are one-bedroom apartments and 40 are studios. All apartments include telephone, TV, kitchen, safe (payable) and terrace. The complex includes a buffet restaurant, bar, swimming pool, tennis court, garden and sun terrace.
